I, the main investor and the main brain behind “Hang Hills” was born in Molkar Village close to Nowshahr, Mazandaran. At age nine, because of economy problems Inevitably, I started to work with my father in Carpentry and I took the responsibility of my household at early age. Therefore, I couldn’t continue education despite of my remarkable intelligence. then I use to work in smithy. In the same years, I started boxing and self-defense, and also because of my interest in nature, I started mountaineering, and so far I have succeeded in conquering the peaks of Damavand, Alam Kooh, Azadkuh, etc. At age seventeen, I decided to utilize my eight-year work experience and employ it in designing and constructing. I was able to purchase a small land and designed a small interesting house and I built and then sold it. From the age of twenty-two, I managed to build and sell about 200 villas over ten years.
My high precision, perseverance and intelligence in land investment made me to research and develop to get an idea about land and building developments. I was determined enough to be the first land and building developer in North.
I met and married my wife at the age of 22 and now I have two twin daughters. During these years, my wife has always been by my side and helped me a lot for my progress.
Also, my best friend, helper and brother Mustafa Div Salar has been my support in all difficulties like a strong mountain.
Having this mindset, I established Hang Hills group in Mazandaran. This is not the end of story for me, I am willing to set up new business in land developing. Along with land design, I took MBA training courses and I made significant progress in the field of management. Hang Hills, is known as the famous Iranian Brand, however, I was not fulfilled here. My high determinations caused him to take the first step in creating the luxurious residential complex in Royan.
The idea was inspired from the most glorious resorts also the most famous and successful recreational complexes. This project is the Area’s most luxury resort which named “Chestnut Hang”. This project is the perfect combination of genuine Iranian art and world-standard techniques, under Studio Narc’s design, with and area of 45,000 square meters which has demanded millions of dollars’ investment.
Still I am not fulfilled here and I have a dream…

I had a special interest in construction since I was a child, but my interest did not end with just soil playing, and I loved creating and designing things with mortar. I started my work with laborwork and afew years later by combining materials, I designed a small interesting house and I built it. I finished my studies in math, but for some reason I was not very successful in it and I could not accept in university. I started to study about bussiness and also land developments for myself, and when I finished, I realized that one of the most enjoyable things for me was land investment, and by doing the projects I was doing, I both enjoyed the work and had a good income. After doing a few projects, I started to set up a new bussiness in land developing, working in the field and took my work seriously and along with land design, I took MBA training courses and I made significant progress in the field of managment.

Flagship Property
Initiated by Iranian entrepreneur, Iman Khoda Karami, the first special Oak shape resort tower is to be built in Royan, the Hang Hills area of Caspian Sea in Mazandaran province by the next two year. Very soon in future, the cooperation agreement to construct the Hang Sky tower in Royan, Mazandaran province will sign between the Hang Hills Group and a International Spanish Company. Interviewing with a reporter, Iman Khoda Karami, the well known entrepreneur, and the main investor of the Chestnut Hang Complex project, explained that this resort which considered the first international complex in Nowshahr will be constructed by next two year in Hang Hills forest area of Royan, Mazandaran province.
Noting the conclusion of an agreement with the Spanish company, Khoda Karami underlined that the construction agreement of this collection was achieved after a year challenge. He further referred to the construction of 5 other complex in Mazandaran and Tehran provinces by next five years in the framework of the deals reached between his enterprise and the Spanish company. Pointing that the complex includes 32 three to five luxury villas and a 20 stories tower with total of 92 super luxury flats, he stressed that constructing this complex will signal the message to other countries that Mazandaran is ready to host the world’s investors in the highest levels of global standards.
